Conditions of Sale: All
products sold ex-warehouse, property in, and responsibility for,
all products passes to purchaser immediately upon despatch from our
premises..
By continuing to progress to the sale page, by
adding products to shopping cart and paying for any product, you, the
purchaser, agree to the terms and conditions of sale as expressed on
this website.
The low cost delivery charge includes packaging,
postage and standard Australia Post tracking and where provided by
Australia Post, insurance as per the Australia Post standard terms.
Express
post is highly recommended as it provides tracking of the shipment,
notification by email, priority delivery and insurance.
On high value
items it is recommended that you ask for extra insurance to be added to
your shipment to reflect this higher value.
International deliveries
can be made via AUSPOST International or by nominated couriers. Extra
transit insurance can be arranged.
Terms: All
orders are to be pre-paid by one the following: PayPal, Direct Deposit
into our nominated bank account or by cash at pick-up. Items will not be
shipped until full payment has been received.
Prices: We try to maintain prices listed in the catalogue, but reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Guarantee:
All sales are final. Goods will be accepted for return only if they are
faulty in manufacture or incorrectly listed for application. Items
ordered incorrectly or that have been fitted will not be accepted for
return.
All returns must be in the original, undamaged packaging and must be in resalable condition. Opened, un-sealed, torn, marked, soiled packaging and/or goods will not be accepted for return.
Carburettor
metering needles, cut lengths of diaphragm sheet, wire, conduit, rubber
or specially made items are non-returnable. All sales of which are
final. You must contact us prior to returning goods to obtain approval.
Approved returned item will be replaced or a refund issued to
you, provided you return the product, freight pre-paid, together with
the original invoice, within 7 days of receipt by you.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on items returned after 7 days up to 30 days. NO RETURNS can be accepted after 30 days.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid, not including freight costs, with no liability for consequential losses.
Please
note that some photographs and illustrations used on this website may
be generic and the actual item may look different. Some repair kits may
contaian extra components not necessarily applicable to the specific
pump or carburettor the kit has been purchased for. Books,
magazines and other secondhand publications may have defects, not
described, within the covers, (tears, notations, handwriting in pen or
pencil, foxing, staple marks, etc). We examine all publications prior to
advertising, but sometimes a small defect may be missed. For this
reason books and other publications are always sold “AS IS”.
Supply: We endeavor to have all our listed products in stock, however, since we are supplying products that are for early motor vehicles, with some parts being new old stock items and no longer manufactured, sometimes an item may no longer be available. We will advise you promptly.
Products sold and delivered to an international carrier for export on behalf of the purchaser, by Classic Carburettors and Fuel Pump Kits Australia (Kathvin Holdings Pty. Ltd.) are sold at net of Australian GST price, ie. no GST is applicable.
All and any Import Duties or other Customs Taxes or Duties required to be paid on import to a foreign country of products sold by Classic Carburettors and Fuel Pump Kits Australia (Kathvin Holdings Pty. Ltd.) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser of those products. The purchaser acknowledges his/her responsibility in this regard.
