Yes, this is a Chinese copy of the classic 650cfm Holley double pumper carburettor. 

And yes, you can buy these things from eBay sellers.

Why are we listing them?  Aren't they cheap Chinese junk?

Like all things made in China, quality can range from terrible to excellent.  We have found a supplier that produces excellent quality.  We then take those carburettors, replace the jets and metering block/fuel bowl gaskets, and test each carby before offering them for sale.
