This is a low pressure type pump, between 0.75 and 1.5 psi.  

Minimum flow is 8 gallons per hour 
Outlet connection located at top, a filter is incorporated, located at bottom of pump body

Having dual polarity means this pump can be used on vehicles with either + or - earth systems.
